Bubble 4 a Winna is the feel-good anthem rushing everyone to the dance floor. The punchy, synth-injected record is a demonstration of Sydanie’s lyrical ability as much as it displays her dexterity to defy genres and deliver timeless, poignant music.

|“I needed to put out a track to show my range within my range. With ‘Bubble 4 a Winna’, I’m giving myself my flowers. I’m staying true to myself but trying something that’s fun and affirming,” says the 999-artist.

The single’s visual, directed by Meeka McLean, is an invitation to Sydanie’s world. Inspired by a much-loved Toronto institution, the artist pays homage to its legacy while celebrating the history of how queer Black, Indigenous and racialized people have used clubs and parties as a site for expression.

Bubble 4 a Winna, produced by Jim Anderson and Josh McIntyre of Prince Innocence, is the lead single off of Sydanie’s highly anticipated EP, Eclectic Circus. A complex body of work that acts a primer for new fans and a reintroduction to ones who have been following the rapper’s journey, Eclectic Circus, is a sonic capsule showcasing the artist’s evolution and further defining her sound, and also featuring acts like Travis Knight.

| "I struggled as a rapper to articulate what my sound is. I cover such a wide range of genres and the album displays what I do and what I’m good at. It translates my artistry in a way that’s cohesive and makes sense."
